Monday night November 27 Union City Junior High girls basketball hosted the Wapahani Braves. The seventh grade Braves took care of business and defeated Union City 54 to 12. UC was lead in scoring by Melia Dean with eight and Emily Evans added four. The eighth grade lady Indians defeated Wapahani 44 to 19. The Lady Indians were led in scoring by Mariah Claywell with 22 and Emily Livingston with 8. Livingston lead with seven rebounds, Andrea Sanders and Katie Elliott each pulled in 3. Mariah Claywell also had 13 steals, Elliot and Sanders had five each. The lady Indians seventh and eighth grade will be in action at Driver this Thursday, November 30.
